ORDER PROCESSING TIMELINE

• We only ship within the Indian subcontinent as long as your pin code is serviceable by any of our logistics partners with Shiprocket

• We aim to dispatch an order within 24 to 48 hours from order placement

• We aim to deliver your order within 5 to 10 business days. However, it might arrive sooner or take a bit longer depending on your location.

• Order processing is suspended on Sundays, public holidays, and during geographical and political disturbances

• Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may require additional confirmation via WhatsApp from the provided contact number

• The Customer is responsible for giving correct address and contact information

SHIPPING CHARGES

• Free shipping is applicable for all prepaid orders exceeding Rs. 500

• Depending on the area, a Cash on Delivery fee ranging between 0 to Rs. 200 will be charged per order at our discretion.

• Express shipping and Premium Express are offered for pre-paid orders with shipping charges ranging between Rs. 200 - Rs. 500.

SHIPPING SERVICES

1. Regular Shipping
The delivery timeframe for this shipping option ranges from 7 to 10 business days, contingent upon the destination.

2. Express Shipping
Exclusively available for selected pin codes, the delivery timeframe for this expedited option is within 3 to 5 business days, contingent upon the destination.

Terms and Conditions (Express Shipping)

• Express Shipping is a Paid Service, charged at Rs. 200 - Rs. 500 per shipment in your order

• In the event of delayed delivery beyond the specified timeline, only the shipping charges will be refunded. This does not apply for delays due to factors beyond our control - Natural Calamities, Regional Disturbances, Buyer unavailability, Regional/National Holidays etc.

• If the order is undeliverable and returned due to buyer unavailability, a refund will be processed for the product amount only.

• Cash on Delivery is not available for Express Shipping.

Terms and Conditions (Local Pickup)

• We offer free Local Pickup service

• Buyers can personally pick up orders or designate representatives with proper authorization

• The company is not liable for orders once picked up

• Orders delayed beyond 7 days are considered canceled

• Pickup locations remain closed on Sundays, public holidays, and during political disturbances
